OUR 5 PILLARS


P.C.M.E.
agit selon les cinq points d'appui suivants :

P.C.M.E. acts in compliance with the following five pillars :

  • Systems(that is the organisations and the environment within which changes should be considered)
  • Teams (that is the men and women making up the organisations)
  • Networks (that is everything that connects the systems together: technical relations and links but also and especially human communication relays)
  • Processes (that is the modes of operation through which the organisation perform its mission, delivering products and services to customers)
  • Technologies (that is the set of technical means that the organisation uses)

The modes of intervention (training, coaching and consultancy) are based on the 5 mainstays composing P.C.M.E’s method. They all aim at allowing organisations to assert and develop themselves after the following three axes:

  • Achievement through knowledge in mastering the operational techniques related to the organisation trades.
  • Customer-oriented through the know-how in trades' integration and organisation process and this for the sake of customers.
  • Personal development through the know-who in the blossoming of the organisation’s collaborators.
