Permanent
Change Management Europe (P.C.M.E.)'s mission is to prepare
and follow its customers in the dynamics of permanent change.
Because
of this permanent change, organisations
are led to encounter unfamiliar situations for which they
may have neither the resources nor the internal skills.
The organisation may be in a position where it is advisable
to temporarily entrust an external resource with the mission
in question.
The
temporary guidance provided
by an external resource is a solution that allows the organisation
to reach more quickly and safely the step considered at
this stage of its transformation process.
This
new and neutral external view provides
the organisation with the possibility of a different perspective
on its essence; in so
doing the organisation gives itself the opportunity
to apprehend its changes and
developments with an added value larger than if these
resources were only realised with the available internal
resources and means.
P.C.M.E’s
marketing approach lies on
5 fundamental positioning criteria:
- a
multidisciplinary team made
up of economists, engineers, business engineers, computer
scientists and psychologists
- an
approach turned towards action and
results
- a
search to meet the customer’s needs;
and this, prior to any action
- a
work at systemic level in
order to globally tackle issues related to change
- a
complementary approach based
on training, coaching
and consultancy
P.C.M.E' s activity turns round
three axes :
-
training,
-
coaching,
-
consultancy.
The
mode or the " mix " of intervention
to favour is chosen in agreement with the customers.
And this subsequent to a thorough understanding
of their needs and expectations on short and middle
term.
P.C.M.E’s
specificity is to guide organisations and
their staff in a permanent change process.
More
specific and targeted processes are also taking
place as part of an approach:
- change
management and guidance;
- human
resources;
- 3
A Authority;
- stress
and time management;
- global
quality;
- process
management;
- project
management;
- growth
and enterprise assignments management
